Present the Past have a small, rapidly growing team of contributors who regularly give of their time to write for the site sharing fascinating archaeological articles from across the globe. Our contributors range from archaeologists who have discovered what they are writing about, through to journalists, students, and even just interested readers. Michael

Michael is a UK based archaeology student, who along with founded Present the Past in 2009. He regularly publishes for the site.

Anthony

Anthony Holmes graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand B.Sc. (Eng) in 1964. After a career in the management of various international engineering companies, he retired in 2000. From that time he has concentrated on his hobby of Egyptology with particular interest in the New Kingdom period. He is a member of the Egyptian Exploration Society and The South Africa Egyptian Society and has visited Egypt on several occasions. He is a well respected author whose titles include ‘Tutankhamun-Speak My Name.’

Serra

Serra Zander has a BA in Anthropology focusing on historical archaeology and human osteology. She currently works for the Indiana State Museum, and has been an archaeologist for the past five years. Her particular interests include pseudoarchaeology.

Ari

Ari is an expert in Biblical Archaeology, regularly writing articles for Present the Past on some fascinating investigative subjects.
